These Terms govern your use of WaitClaim (waitclaim.com and the WaitClaim app). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
What WaitClaim is
WaitClaim is a tool that helps you record GPS-timestamped arrival/departure at a facility, calculate detention time, and generate a PDF invoice to send to a broker. WaitClaim is not a collections agency, law firm, or factoring company, and does not guarantee that any broker will pay an invoice generated through the service.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the facility, broker, and rate information you enter, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be an active truck driver or authorized representative of a trucking business to use WaitClaim.
Subscription & billing
WaitClaim is a $29/month subscription. Billing details and payment terms will be presented at checkout once self-serve billing is live. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use WaitClaim to submit false arrival/departure data or fabricate detention claims.
- Don’t attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or access other drivers’ data.
Disclaimers
WaitClaim is provided “as is.” GPS accuracy depends on your device and signal conditions. We don’t provide legal or financial advice, and generated invoices don’t constitute legal demand letters. You’re responsible for your own dealings with brokers and carriers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaitClaim isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including unpaid invoices or disputes with brokers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using WaitClaim and cancel your subscription at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
